Join Bali-based instructor Mariel for yoga in our month-long series, “Awakening from Winter into Spring: A Meditation + Yoga Series.” This four week program relies on the power of yoga and meditation to awaken your senses, shed Winter skins, and joyfully welcome the new Spring Energy. Every Monday morning, join us for a group meditation that grounds and centers you for the week. The program reconvenes mid-week to physically release, reset and move the body with a slow vinyasa and restorative practice. Through the support of community and consistent practice, participants will be able to continually build their strength, awareness, and personal agency. The program culminates around the Libra full Moon, shortly after the Spring Equinox, so that participants can joyously celebrate their rebirth in rhythm with nature’s cycles. About the instructor: Mariel is a Bali-based yoga teacher with 12 years of practice and counting. Her classes are fluid, intuitive, grounded, and open to all levels of yoga practitioners. She is passionate about using breath and movement as a tool to connect to one's strength, softness, and inner self. In addition to teaching yoga, Mariel is a reiki practitioner and in the midst of completing a 200-Hour Meditation Teacher Training rooted in Tibetan Buddhism.
