Hosted by Jenn Watkins
Women's menstrual cycles are an incredibly reliable way to capture information that reflects and represents the health and well being of our bodies. In this salon, we will discuss the different aspects of menstruation and how, in very practical ways, we can use information derived from our menses to evaluate and address our bodies in a holistic sense. Translating through the lens of Asian medicine, Jennifer Watkins, a licensed Herbalist and Acupuncturist, will infuse practical self-care information with food and lifestyle recommendations to promote menses wellness. Jennifer fully encourages a hearty and active Q&A session with each salon that she holds.
