This yoga class is part of our “Winter into Spring: A Meditation + Yoga Series.” This four-week program relies on the power of yoga and meditation to awaken your senses, shed Winter skins, and welcome the Spring balanced, refreshed, and energized. This program welcomes drop-ins as well as committed students. The yoga class includes:
An embodied practice that fuses yoga, reiki, and meditation. Practice will begin by warming up the body with a slow vinyasa flow and will ease into deep and restorative yoga poses. Once the physical body is relaxed and present, Mariel will guide you through a mindful meditation to slow down the mind and connect to the breath. Your experience will close with a 10 min guided meditation and loving reiki during savasana. This class is set to a meditative and relaxing playlist and is open to all levels.

About the instructor: Mariel is a Bali-based yoga teacher with 12 years of practice and counting. Her classes are fluid, intuitive, grounded, and open to all levels of yoga practitioners. She is passionate about using breath and movement as a tool to connect to one's strength, softness, and inner self. In addition to teaching yoga, Mariel is a reiki practitioner and in the midst of completing a 200-Hour Meditation Teacher Training rooted in Tibetan Buddhism.
