Pelvic Health and Posture Salon for Women

Please join us in learning about the power of our pelvis; promoting pelvic health and well being. As a celebration for Women’s History month, we will learn how our pelvic alignment influences our overall health, including internal and musculoskeletal; energetic and spiritual too. From early childhood through menstruation and past menopause, all of the cycles of our life benefit through posture and alignment of our pelvis and the organs housed within it.  We will learn about the history of women’s pelvises and their (mis)representation in bio-medicine and what we can do to correct it. Through pelvic health and alignment, we can position ourselves to stand strong and be in our feminine power. This class is open to everyone of all ages. A question and answer session is a part of the salon, and participation is heavily encouraged.

Sunday, March 14, 12:00 - 1:30 PM

Exchange: $35.00
