About the instructor: Jesse Annas is a 100 hour Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher from Dharma Moon. He is also Television and Film Editor as well as Musician, born and raised in New York City. He has been teaching Meditation since 2019. Originally teaching in person moved to teaching Online due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. He is a student of Buddhist Teacher David Nichtern and is a member of his Dharma Moon Sangha.
