Year of the Tiger Medicine Salon

Hosted by Jenn Watkins

This Tiger Medicine salon will focus on celebrating the New Year of the Tiger. The transition of the Chinese zodiac calendar from Ox to Tiger is a profound shift and interplay between yin and yang. The Tiger has been circling the Ox, and is now ready to pounce. Using this aggressive energy and focus to enhance our well being will benefit us as we enter this new year. In this salon, we will learn recipes and a meditation for the Tiger transition, as well as discussion of how to care for our bodies at this time.
