Crossing into the Dark Night of your Soul is not for the faint of heart. We do need courage to face the obscure parts of ourselves we often shame or neglect. In order for us to live fully and free ourselves from unwanted experiences, people and limitations, we must explore the wisdom hidden within our subconscious. This is where the shadow self resides. In this two hour workshop we shall also explore the 4 main archetypal energies that often dictate how we respond or react to life. This combination gives participants an in-depth look into the nature of their patterns.
